If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns of packages up to 30 days from the date you have received your order and issue you a full refund of the products.
Postage and handling
Postage and handling is an additional cost per order. Included in your invoice when you are completing your checkout process you will be charged $9.90 per order placed. This charge is Australia wide.
Blanket Babies is committed to providing quality products to our customers. Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason your goods arrive in a damaged condition please return it to us in the original condition with the receipt within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will replace it for you, or provide you with a credit note or refund.
We will glady pay for the return shipping if the item you have received is damaged or an incorrect item.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, this can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for an exchange, credit note or refund.
A postage fee of $9.90 will need to be paid to have the exchanged items sent out to you.
Conditions of exchange and returns:
- The garment is returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- The garment labels or swing tags are still attached to the garment.
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)*.
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled.
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt.
- The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.
Due to health reasons we cannot accept opened packaged items such as teethers, baby bottles, nappies, wipes, skin care and accessories.
To ensure that the issue is resolved in the most expedient manner please contact our Customer Service department by email email@example.com where we will advise you of the most appropriate method to rectify the problem. When returning faulty products the customer must include the original packaging as well as the delivery receipt.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we have received and processed the return item. Unfortunately, your postage charges on exchanges and refunds are not refundable.
